FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How do you define “Cheap Eats”?

A: We aim to feature spots where a full, satisfying meal costs less than ₹250, with a strong focus on options under ₹150. We prioritize value, ensuring the food is both affordable and high-quality.

Q: How often is the content updated?

A: We aim to publish new city guides and reviews 2 times per week. Our price checks are updated quarterly, but since local food prices fluctuate, please treat prices as estimated.

Q: How do you verify the information and prices?

A: Our team or local student contributors personally visit and verify every location. However, since many featured places are small street vendors, prices and opening times can change without notice. We encourage readers to let us know if they find discrepancies!

Q: Do you cover delivery or only dine-in/takeaway?

A: We primarily focus on street food and local eateries that offer the best value for takeaway or quick dine-in. We usually don’t focus on delivery apps unless the deal is exceptionally cheap.

Q: Which cities do you cover?

A: Currently, we focus on Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Jammu and Pune. We are always planning to expand!
